1. Who we are
BookMyCoworking operates a marketplace connecting customers with independent coworking, virtual office, and managed office operators ("Partners") across India. We are not the owner or operator of the workspaces listed, unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to book a workspace.
- Provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep your credentials secret.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Bookings & payments
- Prices, availability, and inclusions are set by each Partner and may change without notice.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. GST is charged where applicable.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or partner acceptance of a pending request.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code for check-in.
4. Partner listings
- Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, amenities, and pricing.
- All new listings — including those imported from Google Maps — require BookMyCoworking review before going live.
- We reserve the right to reject, hide, or remove any listing that violates our policies.
5. Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content or reviews.
- Attempt to circumvent security, scrape data, or overload our systems.
- Book on behalf of others without their consent.
6. Intellectual property
All content on BookMyCoworking — trademarks, logos, code, and original text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected under Indian and international law. Listing images may be subject to Google Maps Platform terms and are streamed, not copied, from Google.
7. Liability
BookMyCoworking is a booking facilitator. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at a Partner's workspace, nor for the quality of amenities, service outages, or any dispute between you and the Partner. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BookMyCoworking after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
