- Communications — enquiries, reviews, support messages, and any content you submit through the site.
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, and referring URL, collected via cookies and standard web logs.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and verify partner listings.
- To process bookings, payments, refunds, and check-ins.
- To send booking confirmations, receipts, and transactional emails via our verified sender domain.
- To improve our search, recommendations, and content — including AI-generated listing summaries.
- To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with:
- Coworking partners — your name, contact details, and booking scope, so they can host and check you in.
- Payment processors — Razorpay for order and refund processing.
- Service providers — email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics, and Google Maps Platform for location and reviews.
- Legal & regulatory bodies — where required by Indian law.
We do not sell your personal data.
